Returns + Exchanges

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:  

At Turner Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here are the details of our return policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.  
  2. Timeframe:

    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team via email (info@turnerhat.com) or phone (334-257-4774) to request a return authorization.
    • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Refunds:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  6. Exclusions:

    • Hats that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for return.
    • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Custom sized orders- Hats now run in sizes S-XL, if you request a specific size we cannot complete a return.
